When left alone with your own story, it can sometimes be difficult to understand whether your plot points are strong enough or your character arcs are leaving a mark. There may be tangles in the narrative you don’t know how to fix, or precious ideas you don’t know how to situate.
This is where a good conversation helps.
Listening to you and understanding what it is you aim to achieve within your narrative, I will give you advice and ask questions that will help you refine your manuscript into the story you want it to be.
My coaching service entails 30-minute or 1-hour conversations during which we will discuss your work. We will tackle any concerns you have with your manuscript or analyse any element of your story that would benefit from further exploration. In this time, I can be your sounding board or your problem solver, helping you find solutions that will best fit your vision.
Coaching sessions come in the following format:
30-minute conversation, at $25.00
1-hour conversation, at $45.00
Work that I need to read prior to our meeting will be charged a reading fee based on length. If the coaching service is paired with an editing service, I may be able to offer discounted rates.
Length of reading may affect my availability. For longer manuscripts, I suggest multiple or longer coaching sessions in order to most effectively tackle discussion surrounding your story.
